Multivitamin

A comprehensive daily multivitamin delivered in an evening primrose oil base. Nutrients dissolved in oil do not have to be broken down by stomach acid first, which is the reason for the softgel format rather than a pressed tablet.

Three softgels a day, taken in divided doses with food.

What is in it

A full vitamin and mineral panel plus a set of plant extracts and antioxidants:

• Vitamins: A (as beta-carotene), C, D3, E, K1, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, folate, biotin, pantothenic acid and choline
• Minerals: calcium, iron (as ferrous bisglycinate), iodine, magnesium, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium, molybdenum and potassium — largely in chelated glycinate forms
• Botanicals and antioxidants: evening primrose oil 500mg, cranberry concentrate, horsetail extract, alpha lipoic acid, grape seed extract, green tea extract, inositol, CoQ10 and lycopene

Anyone who wants broad daily coverage in one product rather than a shelf of separate bottles, and who would rather take a softgel than a large tablet.
