Orders are typically shipped and delivered within 7-21 business days after order confirmation. This may vary by destination, customs processing, and stock availability.
Payment method and timing
Credit card only, charged immediately when your order is placed. See the payment page at checkout for accepted card brands.
Return window
Within 7 days of receiving your item. Only unopened, unused items are eligible; opened food, supplements and hygiene products are excluded. For orders shipped into the European Union, a 14-day cooling-off period applies.
Refund policy
For minor issues (missing parts, small defects, and similar), we issue a refund or send a replacement without requiring you to send the item back. For higher-value items, or where we ask you to return the product, we refund your original payment method once the return is confirmed. Defective or incorrectly shipped items are refunded in full, including shipping. For returns due to the customer's own reasons, the cost of return shipping is deducted from the refund.

返品・返金の条件
軽微な不備（部品の欠品、小さな傷など）については、商品のご返送なしに返金または交換品の発送を行います。高額商品、または当店から返送をお願いした場合は、返品確認後に元のお支払い方法へ返金いたします。不良品・誤配送の場合は送料を含め全額返金いたします。お客様のご都合による返品の場合、返送料を返金額から差し引かせていただきます。
