The Philosophy
A pocket-sized gyroscopic trainer that fights back the harder you spin it. Six LEDs glow brighter as you pick up speed, so you can see your effort in real time — and chase it.
The resistance is generated by the rotor itself, which means it scales to whatever pace you set. It loads the wrists, forearms, biceps, triceps and shoulders through a full range of motion with no impact at all.
