The Philosophy
TheraBand's colour-coded latex bands are the standard used in physiotherapy clinics, and this set covers the first three steps of that progressive system.
Start on yellow, move to red, then green. Because the colours mean the same thing everywhere, a programme written by a clinician translates directly to the bands in your hand.
