The Philosophy
A simple arched stretching board for the back. You lie over it, let gravity open the chest and lengthen the front of the body, and breathe. Three or four minutes is usually enough.
Three height settings let you start gentle and work up as the stretch gets easier — which matters, because the top setting on day one is a good way to put yourself off it entirely.

How to use it
Start on the lowest setting. Lie back over it slowly with your knees bent, let your arms fall out to the sides, and stay for two to three minutes. Come off it the same way you got on — roll to one side rather than sitting straight up.
