How to use it
Lay it on a bed, a sofa or the floor — a firmer surface gives a stronger sensation. Start with a t-shirt between you and the points if it is too much at first, then work down to bare skin. Twenty minutes is plenty.
Care
Remove the foam core and hand wash the cotton cover gently, or turn it inside out to clean. Do not machine wash or tumble dry — it damages the points. Drip dry only. Store somewhere cool and dry.
